Job Title: Senior Security Engineer

Location: Bangladesh

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, network security, and application security. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions to protect our organization's sensitive information and assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities, assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Responsibilities:

  1. Security Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPNs, and other security appliances and tools.

  2. Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing: Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate security weaknesses in systems, networks, and applications.

  3. Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans, and lead the response efforts during security incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery.

  4. Security Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

  5. Security Awareness Training: Provide security awareness training to employees, contractors, and partners to promote a culture of security within the organization.

  6. Security Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure compliance with applicable security requirements and assist in audits and assessments.

  7. Security Monitoring: Implement and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to security events and incidents in real-time.
